How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Topicpolice Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Topicpolice Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start with the provider and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Topicpolice Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or act for a provider.
Send Us Your Complaint
Email contact@topicpolice.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
First, we confirm by email that your complaint arrived. This usually happens within a few business days. Next, we look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
